Modern minimalistic designed beautiful villa on the top of Bona Bista Villas. The owners were looking for space and comfort on this spacious lot. Designing a living space that would connect with nature and feel like an open space. Sculptured concrete by hand is used in the kitchen, bed/bathrooms and floors.

All the bathrooms are designed by Roald Boom and built in concrete. The colors are kept natural and other material used are coral stones from the island. All the concrete furniture is hand crafted so every bathroom has its own unique features to it.

All kitchen are designed as central in the living spaces of the homes. Concrete and wood are used by the designer Roald Boom to create an unique and efficient living space which is the kitchen, the heart of the homes.
