This is the first villa build on Bona Bista. It has been used as modelhome to set the trend of what now has become the most beautiful estate on the island of Bonaire. This villa has all the design features of what we wanted to offer in our models. A big open plan kitchen and living area are the main part of the house. A big covered terrace on the front of the living area makes the space even more spacious. There are 3 big bedrooms and 2 bathroom in the main house and in the independent guesthouse there is another bedroom, bathroom and kitchten present. The whole of the house is surrounded by a beautiful mature garden.

All the bathrooms are designed by Roald Boom and built in concrete. The colors are kept natural and other material used are coral stones from the island. All the concrete furniture is hand crafted so every bathroom has its own unique features to it.

All kitchen are designed as central in the living spaces of the homes. Concrete and wood are used by the designer Roald Boom to create an unique and efficient living space which is the kitchen, the heart of the homes.
